Physicians Formula Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Blush comes in 4 shades of Natural, Pink, Warm and Rose. I am reviewing Pink today.
I managed to grab this adorable blush from The Mod Mermaid's last year's blog sale. After all who wouldn't find these pink hearts blush endearing? I have had my eye on this for a long time but never got around to actually buying it. And not to forget one of its shade also made to Temptalia's Top 10 of 2013: Best Drugstore Blushes list recently.
Pink like it's name is a beautiful medium pink shade with soft shimmer. It gives me gorgeous rosy pink cheeks. The shimmer in it is not too loud, just iridescent enough to make you glow and look healthy. I love wearing pink blushes in winter makes it seems you have been playing in the snow all day.
The formula of the blush itself is very buttery and I need no extra effort in blending. It is the perfect pigmentation too, bright enough to show, but not too heavy that it ends up giving you clown cheeks on first swipe. It also has a great staying power. I wore it for 6 hours and did not notice any fading.
The blush opens up to reveal a hidden compact mirror and tiny travel-friendly brush, which makes this blush ideal to apply on-the-go. Of course, the brush is not of the best quality but it isn't too coarse either and in emergencies would do the job.
As far as its inducing happiness is concerned, I really cannot comment on that. I feel happy whenever I wear a good blush so probably that's what Physicians Formula means. Lol.
