All Rimmel London products went on 50% off sale when their stock was being cleared from Germany (don't know for what reason), I would say the perfect time to stock some lip products. I swatched no.16 from a tester and fell in love right there. Sadly, the shade was out of stock. In some kind of weird desperation I picked up no.19 instead. Why? I am absolutely clueless. But home I came with no.19. I managed to grab no.16 some time later in a blog sale.
No.16 is a gorgeous pinkish coral that I can never get enough off. It brightens up my whole complexion. It is a beautiful everyday colour, soft and feminine with semi-matte finish. No.19 on the other hand just fails to touch my heart, no matter how hard I try to like it, it never flatters me. It is a rosy brown shade which may look good on many, but doesn't on me. It is creamier than no.16.
Both the lipsticks are very comfortable to wear though no.16 specifically can emphasize dryness, so definitely prep your lips before wearing it. They are nicely pigmented giving medium to full coverage. They don't last 8 hours on me as the adverts claim, 3-4 hours at most.
Everything considered. they are cheap, have sleek black packaging and with so many pretty colours available definitely a steal.
