Stamping with Born Pretty Store CK-04

Is anybody as obsessed with nail stamping as I am? I received my Born Pretty Store CK-04 stamping plate in my mail two days back and I just couldn't wait to do my nails with it. Unfortunately, they did not turn out to be as neat as I was aiming for still I love the whole combination.

This stamping palette is part of Born Pretty Store CK Series Stamp Templates, out of 8 different templates I picked the CK-04. I found the designs on this coolest and most versatile. It has a total of 42 images. For today's nail stamping design I have used the 5th image in the 1st row.

Before choosing this particular series I had read many reviews on how tiny each image is on these stamping plates. Though yes I do wish for $8.53 images should have been a little bigger which would have made stamping them a little less stressful. Of course, you do not have to stamp your whole nail with the image. You can create different half-nail, diagonal, horizontal or french tip designs.

I like stamping my whole nail so I didn't mind the extra trouble. Each image had to be stamped twice, because it is around 1.2cmx1cm . Until and unless you are very careful with it, which I wasn't so much, you tend to overlap. Also I was a li'l impatient in applying my top coat, thus a very messy pinkie.

I used two coats of L.A Color Vibrant Violet as my base and stamped with an old, thick Rivaj UK 11. Messy or troublesome, it was totally worth it! I plan on doing so many nail stamping manis with this plate.

Born Pretty Store CK-04 Stamping Plate is available for $8.53 with free worldwide shipping. They have this 10% off discount coupon also. Check their website for all kinds of nail art products.

  3. Gorgeous, I like the pink base against the black pattern. I am better at admiring nail art on others, I wish I had the patience to make my nails look this pretty.
