Hair Tutorial: The Tuck-it-in Updo

Hair updos, buns, I love them! They look so chic and are perfect for this scorching heat of Pakistan.
This is one of my favourite updos to make. The other day my sister agreed to pose through the tutorial and here I am today to tell you how you can create this awesome hairstyle.

Absolute classiness, isn't it? Comment and let me know. :)

  1. Wow Shang J you have explained it really well and you made it sound so easy will try it out! And I totally agree in this scorching heat I just want all hair tucked away! I normally do it in a random messy way but this way it would look good as well as beat the heat too! Thanks for sharing! :)

    1. I can't say for long, long hair but my hair are long and it turns out similarly good for me. Thick hair is what can be a problem for this updo.

  14. Argh... I think I'm a klutz at tying my hair! Your pictures and explanations are so clear and yet I can't achieve the same effect on my long hair.

Thank you for sharing. I will practise more and get it right.

  15. A girl at work did this for me once and ever since I've tried and failed to recreate it with her word of mouth tutorial. Your instructions are brilliant.

    Following you now :)

  17. Lovely twist to the usual bun or updo :) Thanks for the detailed instructions and pictures, I might give this a go though I'm not sure whether my hair is long enough at the moment. It's definitely a really classy look though.
